Mildly hot, fabulously Thai. Use judiciously as a condiment to all BBQ meat, stir fry, spring rolls, sauteed vegetables. Simply melt as a sauce over rice noodles, shrimp kebobs, pulled pork, dumplings. Garnish with crushed peanut, zest of lime, fresh cilantro and fresh mint.
