Ingredients<\/div>\n
    \n
  • 1 lbs wings, cut into sections<\/li>\n
  • 1 tsp garlic powder<\/li>\n
  • 1 tsp onion powder<\/li>\n
  • 2 tsp Chinese Five Spice<\/li>\n
  • 1\/2 tsp cayenne<\/li>\n
  • buttermilk, just enough to cover wings<\/li>\n
  • salt and pepper, to taste<\/li>\n
  • flour for dredging<\/li>\n
  • vegetable oil for frying<\/li>\n
  • 1 jar [b][url href=”https:\/\/perthpepperandpestle.ca\/shop\/red-pepper-jelly\/smokey-el-paso-red-pepper-jelly\/” target=”_blank”]Perth Pepper and Pestle Smokey El Paso Red Pepper Jelly[\/url][\/b]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    Instructions<\/div>\n

    1. Combine wings, garlic powder, onion powder, Chinese Five Spice, cayenne, salt and pepper, and buttermilk in a Ziploc bag. Marinate in fridge for at least 4 hours.<\/li>\n
    2. In a deep frying pan, add enough vegetable oil to cover the wings. Heat until it reaches 350\u00baF.<\/li>\n
    3. Dredge wings in flour and fry in oil until they are cooked through.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      TO SERVE<\/div>\n

      1. In a bowl, add Smokey El Paso to wings and toss until wings are glazed with the jelly.<\/li>\n
      2. Garnish with fresh cilantro.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
