Ingredients
- ½ cup Perth Pepper and Pestle Smokin' Jack Burger Mustard
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 4 shakes Perth Pepper and Pestle Original Liquid Smoke
- sea salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
Salad
- equal amounts of Kale mix and arugula
- fresh blueberries
- radishes
Garnish
- extra blueberries
Instructions
- Combine all dressing ingredients until totally blended.
- Combine all salad ingredients and drizzle dressing until desired coating.
- Garnish with extra blueberries.
