Fabulously tart and so pretty! But don’t do this just for holidays. We should always have cranberries in our freezer, right?

Ingredients
- ¾ cup frozen cranberries (not fresh) thawed and chopped
- ¾ jar of Perth Pepper and Pestle Papaya Lime Red Pepper Jelly
- juice and zest of 1 fresh lime
- 250 gm soft cream cheese
Instructions
- Lightly blend lime juice into the cream cheese til smooth and spread into shallow decorative dish. Then spread the Papaya Lime Red Pepper Jelly onto the cream cheese.
- Sprinkle surface with the cranberries, pressing them gently into the jelly.
- Lightly zest the lime over the cranberries and jelly.
TO SERVE
- Serve with your favourite festive crackers and ENJOY the raves !
