Hearty, easy and delicious. Turn your favourite tomato soup into something you’ll really crave. Make it Moroccan. Enjoy the raves.

Ingredients
- 1 L your favourite store bought soup (our favourite Creamy Tomato Soup, Pacific Brand)
- 2 cans (540ml each) chickpeas, well drained
- ½ cup Perth Pepper and Pestle Moroccan Tagine Everything Sauce
- Few drops of Perth Pepper and Pestle Liquid Smoke
Garnish
- Sprinkle of pomegranate seeds or toasted cumin seeds
- ½ cup baby kale leaves, cilantro, or basil leaves
- Coarse sea salt
Instructions
- Combine the first set of ingredients in a medium size Dutch oven and heat gently to just below the boiling point. Remove from heat and purée in blender til smooth. Ladle into individual soup bowls.
TO SERVE:
- Garnish and serve with garlic and chili Naan bread gently toasted in the oven.
