Ingredients
- 1lbs whole green beans, washed, dried
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- ½ - 1 jar Perth Pepper and Pestle Garlic Black Bean OR Simply Shanghai OR Ginger & Garlic OR Sesame Orange
Garnish
- ½ cup fresh basil OR cilantro, chopped
- 2 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted
- ½ cup green onions, chopped on the diagonal
Instructions
- Melt 1 tbsp. butter in large hot skillet. Cook shallots and garlic til golden. Remove and set aside.
- Place green beans, ½ cup water and remaining 1 tbsp. butter into same skillet.
- Bring water to a boil and continue cooking til all the water has evaporated and butter begins to sizzle.
- Return shallots and garlic to pan. Add ½ - 1 jar of Perth Pepper and Pestle Garlic Black Bean Everything Sauce (or any other Perth Pepper and Pestle Asian Inspired Sauces ). Toss to coat.
- Remove from heat.
TO SERVE
- Garnish with chopped green onion, basil or cilantro, and sesame seeds.
